Bradley S. Shear is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Law Office of Bradley S. Shear. Bradley is an internationally recognized attorney, consultant, speaker, and writer. He is the first private practice lawyer in the United States to work with a state government (State of Maryland) to draft social media law. His blog, Shear on Social Media Law is the first blog to focus on social media law and public policy issues and is syndicated by the publisher of The American Lawyer and The National Law Journal through its Law.com Blog Network. Bradley is an adjunct professor of sports management at The George Washington University and his commentary and insight is regularly requested by print, radio, and television news outlets throughout the world. He has testified in front of the Maryland House of Delegates, the Maryland Senate, and state administrative agencies on social media and digital law matters. In addition, Bradley has filed multiple comments with the United States Federal Trade Commission regarding online advertising regulations. His professional experience includes working for the NFL Players Association, Players, Inc., JPMorgan Chase, and an entertainment start up company. He grew up working in a family business and he has many years of experience dealing with the numerous legal and business challenges that small, medium, and large organizations encounter. Bradley's unique background provides him the ability to quickly analyze a client's legal challenges and develop solutions that take into account the legal, business, and personal ramifications.
